14. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Rotary International Manual of Procedure clearly states that all clubs and members shall comply with Federal & State laws, including those relating to sexual harassment, equality, discrimination, criminal behavior and all other laws.
Failure to comply could mean immediate termination of membership
